Le Pendule de Foucault au Panthéon (Paris5) France

Historique : En 1851, Léon Foucault reçoit l'autorisation du prince-président Louis-Napoléon Bonaparte, d'utiliser le dôme du Panthéon afin d'y installer un pendule. Il souhaite, par ce biais montrer que la Terre tourne sur elle-même.
