Dieses seltsam anmutende Wesen dürfte die Rainfarn-Federmotte (Gillmeria ochrodactyla) sein.

Der Nachtfalter mit 23-27 mm Spannweite fliegt im Juli. Seine Raupen leben in den Stängeln des Rainfarns.
