Œufs de grenouille / Frog's eggs [EXPLORER]

L'accouplement a lieu dans l'eau et la fécondation se fait à l'extérieur du corps. C'est la fécondation externe, un peu comme pour les poissons! Pour ce faire, le mâle grimpe sur la femelle jusqu'à ce que celle-ci ponde les œufs (cette drôle de méthode est appelée l'amplexus)

Ici réunis dans une vieille feuille de nénuphar.

Mating takes place in the water and fertilisation takes place outside the body. This is external fertilisation, a bit like in fish! To do this, the male climbs on top of the female until she lays the eggs (this strange method is called amplexus).
