Another visitor from the seemingly endless parade of offshore windfarm work related ships. While departing its berth at the Corporation Quay, a small craft had passed the 'Norwind Hurricane' at close range, earning it several very loud blasts from the ships horn.

I wonder if such dangerous manouevres are followed up by the port authorities as the owner will likely be known or easily identified?
