In Walvis Bay, Namibia, during our 2018 world cruise.

Apparently there used to be a cargo loading area on this side of the bay (Pelican Point). Rusty rails, now.

Since the main export of this area is salt, I assume that those ships anchored in the harbor are going to be carrying salt.
