You can no longer dispose of these masses of waste in a timely manner. It would have to be done by the minute. The most effective measure would be to not buy the crap in the first place. No purchase - no production - no plastic waste. For example, I've been using a to-go mug for years that accompanies me around the world. It was manufactured in good quality and will continue to serve me well for decades to come.
