Merci Pat - l'arbre doit mesurer environ 3 m de haut et, comme vous pouvez le voir, il est absolument chargé de baies. Les oiseaux vont en profiter je vois bien. Je vous souhaite un excellent week-end à venir.

In fact, the holly is a typical Christmas tree. Every birthday of my son we plant a small tree in some nearby mountains. Except for some small oak, the rest were holly. Best wishes, Anton.

What a lovely idea to commemorate your son's birthday - planting trees. I don't think this is a typical holly though - the leaves are nothing like the usual for holly trees. The government keep telling us to plant a tree for the environment - I don't need to anymore - I have loads of my own!!!! I wish you a great week to come, Anton.

Bonjour Roland, les feuilles ne sont pas du tout recouvertes d'épines - c'est pourquoi je ne pense pas que ce soit un houx - c'est peut-être un type de houx, mais je ne connais pas son nom. C'est un arbre magnifique avec ses baies rouge vif. Je vous souhaite une excellente semaine à suivre.
