Yes I can understand what you're saying here, Andy. Although I would imagine the doctors and nurses did a lot more than just poured water over you for you to survive. Are you still having problems walking now?

Thank you, Jenny. Fewer probs than before. Walking uphill is still a struggle especially in this heat but I have just walked over 40,000 paces today (a record since I stopped walking in the mountains!). I did push myself hard today, but I have to!
