Wild looking picture.. Almost looks like the water line has risen up and showered sparkles!

It's a rather blurry picture Gracie, I'm afraid. The shining bits are vehicles reflecting the sun. People park all along that ridge, apart from the rocks in the front here - the sun is just reflecting off the wet stones.
