That's one word for it - I remember way back in the 1970's my husband and I wanted to move into it - it needed updating a lot and we were only in our early 20's. so we didn't proceed with it. Damn it all - mind you - Martin (the kids' dad) wasn't any good at DIY - he had no idea what to do, but he wasn't really interested in learning how to do it. Shame - we could have learned together.
