Britannia Bridge (Pont Britannia) North Wales.

The bridge is across the Menai Strait and connects Anglesey to main land Wales, it`s importance was to form a critical rail link between Holyhead and Chester. Designed by Robert Stephenson construction started 1846 and opened 1850, it is a two-tier truss arch bridge the lower section is rail top road.
