A good day on the Carnic High Trail

Hiking along the Austrian-Italian border offers spectacular alpine views, rich history, and the unique thrill of crossing between two distinct cultures. The most famous route is the Carnic High Trail (Karnischer Höhenweg), stretching 170km along a WW1 front.

The image quality is excellent considering this was copied from an old slide. Mrs TOZ deserves to be complimented on her excellent composition, while Mr TOZ just loafs about at the top of the shot ;-))
