Whernside is the highest peak in the Yorkshire Dales at 736m (2,415ft) and forms part of the famous Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge. Located near the iconic Ribblehead Viaduct, it offers a long, steady ascent with panoramic 360-degree views, including the Lake District and Morecambe Bay.
