Morecambe does not have any remaining piers, as both its Central Pier and West End Pier were demolished in the late 20th century due to fire and storm damage, with Central Pier being the last to be torn down in the early 1990s. The town now features The Stone Jetty and a lighthouse as remnants of its pier heritage.
