Repus

'Repus' fishing coble, Skinningrove. The traditional fishing coble Coble 'Repus', was found in bad repair at South Gare 330663 but was discovered to have once belonged to a Skinningrove fisherman who had died in the 1980s. Its name is just 'super' spelled backwards. The boat was built at Redcar in 1963 and retired from the fishing register in November 1996. Local people repaired the boat and provided two chainsaw-carved figures in 2008 as a memorial to all fishermen lost at sea off the Grove.

You have framed this shot really well TOZ. I love the sky. The blue makes all the difference. Thanks for the link. I remember that one from Herb.
All the best, Rosa.
