Hewnden Viaduct

Hewenden Viaduct, situated near Cullingworth, West Yorkshire, England, stands at 123 feet tall and spans 576 yards with 17 arches each of 16.5 yards. The foundations of the viaduct had to be sunk more than 60 feet into the earth because of the unstable ground below.
