Hi Gary, it's not that hard. Mix the bubble water with some dishwashing liquid (hand dishwashing liquid!) Water and some sugar. Starting at a temperature of about minus 5° Celsius and no wind, (and lots and lots and lots of patience and practice) blow bubbles with a tube and set them in the snow.
I needed a little more than an hour and stiff frozen fingers until it worked. But afterwards there are beautiful photos and a hot drink;-) Good luck!
