... oh, I think he did ... but I was reaching out with a 300mm lens and he was across the water, so there wasn't much he could do about it ...

(And ... I think there are European rules about taking pictures of people without their permission, but I don't know what rules, if any, apply in North America.)

Don't worry about that Wally. Ipernity used to be extremely severe with this kind of pictures at first but this is very accepted for now on.
