(2) Photographers Photographing Photographers
My haunted camera/lens set-up again transported me into another scary time-travel adventure. This time to Confederate General Robert E. Lee's formal review of General Longstreet's Corp at Gordonsville VA after its return from Tennessee in early-May 1864; and immediately prior to the apocalyptic Battle of The Wilderness. Here, in the calm before the storm, Confederate enlisted men pose for one of the Richmond-based Bendann brothers' (well-fed) photographic assistants.
(Soldiers everywhere with a universal "Band of Brothers" mindset -- note: hand and arm positions.)
