Canada Tour Prince Rupert

During World War II, Prince Rupert was a strategic location for thousands of American and Canadian soldiers who built infrastructure, homes and the Skeena Highway to the east to meet national defense objectives. The influx of military personnel grew Prince Rupert's population to over 21,000 people. Supplies and materials were transported via the U.S. Army's Prince Rupert Sub-Port of Embarkation.
