The high tower is the telephone building at the entrance of China town and the 2 lower towers are from Gran Teatro, as they are colonial buildings, it sure looks similar to european cities.
I really wonder from where you made this photo? Looking on Google Maps I found Hotel Plaza? Must be a big zoooom!! And in my opinion it is horizontally mirrored? I'm confused. Anyway an unusual great point of view.
