Teatro alla Scala has recently celebrated the 80th anniversary of its historic reopening concert on May 11, 1946, conducted by Arturo Toscanini, with an exhibition project titled 'Notes of Light' (Note di luce). The initiative by artist Marco Lodola, featured a video projection on the theatre’s facade and the installation of three monumental light sculptures in Piazza della Scala .
