Perito Moreno Glacier
The Perito Moreno Glacier( 250 km² ice formation, 30 km in length), is one of 48 glaciers fed by the Southern Patagonian Ice Field in the Andes system shared with Chile. This icefield is the world's third largest reserve of fresh water.
It is one of only three Patagonian glaciers that are not retreating.
After sailing for about one hour, we reached the south side of the glacier, which was only 500 metres far from our boat.
Then we moved by bus to the viewpoint to admire the north side.
