The Fox Talbot Museum at Lacock
Lacock Abbey ~ The Museum celebrates the achievements of a former Lacock resident, William Henry Fox Talbot, who is famous for his important contributions to the invention of Photography. Fox Talbot is considered as one of the founders of the modern photographic processes. In 1835 he created the first ever photographic negative. It was taken of a small window at his home, Lacock Abbey.
4 PiPs 1. Fox Talbot portrait. 2. His study. 3. Fox Talbot in his study. 4. The other inventors of that time. Not a good picture, but hope you can read it.
