Lol, mit Bus oder Straßenbahn in wenigen Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof. Ich hatte schon 20 Jahre in S gewohnt, bis ich's zum ersten Mal dorthin geschafft habe;-)

da hast du recht Christa, aber ganz ohne Bauunterhalt geht's einfach nicht. Bei Gebäuden ganz ohne Dachüberstand und Bauteilabdeckung wird's dann besonders deutlich
