We have climbed to the cathedral on the top of the mount, Nick, some years ago now. You got a nice quiet day for it. Was it one of your very early morning days?

HFF, dear Nick I hope you aren't getting as much rain as we are. Friday morning yoga class was cancelled as the teacher couldn't get through the floods.

Hi dearest LGM ~ early morning of course before the crowds come. I merely drove up selected my spot to put the tripod and knocked a few shots off ~ before beating a quick retreat to quieter parts.
I have never set foot on the island although I have clambered all over the one in Penzance, So congratulations for reaching the sky.
We have had fairly short bursts of heavy rain so far and that is it. Maybe all the excess water has run into the HS2 Chiltern Tunnel. Hanwe xxx

A fine structure here and a nice capture to boot but as its here in the HFF group, I struggle to find your fence! (must be my age! )

Hi Herb, there are fences at the far end of the car park to the left of the approach road and also to the righthand side of the approach road. Look for the brown coach adjacent to the road and then look into the car park to spot a sign with 4 on it. Black on white there you will find masses of fencing.
