Congratulations Nick! That's a very good weight :-)
I love this picture. The two have seen something of great interest and the other is totally laid back! Your going to miss them when they leave aren't you?
Hi Rosa ~ I like your interpretation of this picture very much :~) They have already left this lair, sometime last week which made us very sad, but then we have noticed at odd times in the late evening and once or twice in the full sun light that one will come trotting back and sit a few minutes before rushing off again. Then a couple of nights again one trotted right by our french windows, turned around and stared in for a brief moment or two. Then last night I saw two of the cubs playing chase on the front lawn at around 2330hrs, which is the first time I've seen more than one at a time since they left.
Also a couple of early mornings ago there was one just sitting and lying on the grass and catching something yo eat, before going round to the back lawn to carry on a little bit longer and away again.
Perhaps they are being forced by the parents to fend for themselves.
Thanks for your congratulations ~ I'll pass them on to Lucie
How lovely Nick. I am quite envious of the experience you have had, of seeing them grow and play. I guess it doesn't take long for them to have to fend for themselves. Let's hope they remember your garden and return now and again :-)

Remi is fine and concentrates on the basics,
The fox cubs run free now and we haven't seen them at all for the past few days, but yes they gave us so much entertainment as they rapidly grew
