We may prefer sunshine, but the grey sky is very atmospheric in this shot. Nice angle on the benches and cobbled (?) path. HBM and hope you enjoy a good new week ~ Rosa.

The sort of cobbled, flagstone area is the quayside on one of many. The area on the left fills with water with the tide. Many of the mooring spots have floating pontoons that rise and fall with the tide and have sloping gangways so as you can come and go 24/7. All the best ~ Nice

Hi dear Sarah, to a lot of visitors it is like stepping back in time by fifty years or so to a more gentle pace of life, although the traffic this time makes me think that those days are now lost.

It remains a good place for a short holiday for children of all ages.
