Can't do much about the weather Nick, but it makes a nice break. The young woman looks a little underdressed....or are your family overdressed ;-)) A lovely street scene.
Sensualist versus sensibility :) When the fleet is in town anything goes. We had come over early that Monday morning and we couldn't gain access to our rented house until 1700hrs.
It was raining as we left Portsmouth, but it had stopped by the time we got to Fishbourne. So first we went to Cowes to have breakfast in a dog friendly café before taking this walk through the shops.
The sun soon came out and we enjoyed ourselves walking the esplanade ~ happy days
Are we to expect lots of photos of sailing boats soon? It sounds as if you had a good holiday. Our hoped trip to Scotland is receding fast with the rising cases. The situation is driving me nuts.
Enjoy the rest of the week dear Nick.
I can assure you that there will be absolutely no photos of sailing boats taking part in the race.
It was extremely misty that morning. We had an enjoyable week and I only took pictures on the first and last days :~) My camera was playing up. (Me more than the camera) Sorry to hear that your planned trip to Scotland is looking risky. I think that we are all in danger of going nuts, following in Boris's wake.
Keep safe x
