This is on a cafe very close to where the birds (including the wise owl) live. After taking this picture I then went to visit the wise owl..!!

I am sure such a weather vane would not be difficult to come by.. Blow up the picture, and copy the swan shape onto a piece of sheet steel. Then put it on any generic weather vane!!
