Hi Stoneroad,
Thank you so much for your very kind visit.
I am so happy that you like the scene.
I don't know why the association of Sheringham and the vikings, but certainly a big fun festival with some very nice people.
Best Wishes, and a Good Week ahead,
Peter
Hi Karen,
Thank you very much!
I'm happy that you had a good look!!
This was the procession from Sheringham railway station to the sea front. The ship was in front, followed by the rest in some kind of order. On arrival at the beach the ship was burned. www.ipernity.com/doc/2247998/49736228
Certainly a street trodden by your parents!!
Best Wishes, and a Good Week ahead,
Peter
Hi Steve,
Thank you so much for your very kind visit.
I am so happy that you like the scene.
Certainly an interesting day out, especially when combined with the railway. Some very nice people there too.. I would recommend it in future years.
Best Wishes, and a good week ahead,
Peter
My dear Füsun
Thank you so much for your very kind visit.
I'm pleased that you have enjoyed it!
Also we managed to share the railway on that day too...
And some nice stories about the people..
Best Wishes, and a good week ahead,

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for visiting!
Glad you like it.
I thought it somewhat more interesting than a group of people in old days costumes!
Best Wishes, and a good week ahead,
Peter

It looks, it is an interesting visiting for you !
Some boats are burned first... Then some people walk with some torchs...
Fire must be important for them!
Maybe The vikings are different people...
But of course you have caught such nice pictures during this interesting festival!
I like them very much!!
Love Füsun
