Alte Mainbrücke Würzburg
St John of Nepomuk [1] ( lat. : Joannes de Pomuk , tschech . John of Nepomuk or January for Pomuka , * around 1350 in Pomuk in Pilsen ; † 20th March 1393 in Prague ) was a Czech priest and martyr . It was founded in 1729 by Pope Benedict XIII. canonised, raised by the Jesuits in 1732 to the 2nd Order patron and is considered a " bridge saint " and patronthe confessional secret .

Thank you so much! There were around 8 or 9 of these statues on the bridge depicting various saints, together with one prince with a beer bottle in his hand. Glad you like the inclusion of the building in the background..!
