dear friends, My husband has had a stroke leaving him with issues that the Doctors are working on., He is NOT paralyzed... it is his speech, He was airlifted by helicopter last Thursday to a large medical center in Augusta, Georgia, that is a 2 hour drive for me and I have been each day until today. I struggle with the traffic in that place and most especially in and around that huge Medical complex. TODAY, the staff at that hospital is working to get him transferred to Savannah, Georgia...much closer for our family to get to him. the place there is the best facility of its kind in our area. THE BEST for the therapy he is gonna need... he knows what he wants to say, but can;t get it out..tho he does say a few words. knows all of us in the family.... this has been a long message, I will go now with this info Ive given, and ask for each of you my friends to keep us in your thoughts and prayers, Sarah
