Question - how in the world is your yard so neat ... it makes mine look horrid.
Though, I really enjoy visiting your colorful yard ... going to look for Crepe Myrtles now !

Peggy, Answer~~ lots of work :))) and Peggy here is it not as neat as I like it, we are working with that island you see in the background , letting the lawn grass take over more of it, we decided it is too large and we are "shrinking" it . :))) then we will trim the island like we want it.!!
long answer, sorry :)))) my husband works a lot in the yard.

Hey dear Nick, thank you very much... Here's the funny thing about these flowers:: We DID NOT set out those pink and white Impatients, !!! DO NOT understand it..... maybe years in the past we may have had them there.?? they have taken over about 5 other little plants we DID plant, called Dianthus,,,,the little flowers have over run those.. they are in there somewhere!! could it be possible that some seeds for the flowers were in the soil of ones we bought and planted.??

I missed this comment I suppose Steve! I do that at times , I guess we all do at one time or another..... thanks for your kind words here., well not sure who all notices our yard as they pass. WE HAVE A LOT OF TRAFFIC on this street that leads into town and out, of course. so the yard IS SEEN by many....we do get comments about the yard and it is always appreciated.
