Hello my dear Sarah an interesting shot indeed for your HFF this week .. is this a memorial the the American civil war ? as i cannot quite read the inscriptions even at full size .. certainly more ornate buildings in the background also and i woner what the reference to "Blitch" is on the White building ?

Hey dear Steve, Yes that is a memorial for that war, but Id better make sure of that when passing by next time. this is a nice corner here in Statesboro with nice buildings....That word BLICTH is the name of a popular, well known name in Bulloch County... I would think at one time in far past, this family either built this building or bought and occupied it.....thanks for your visit and nice observant comment.... have a good day tomorrow....
