Hi Steve, Yes it would have been great to have a white Christmas, but we are OK with it welcoming in the New Year :) you are so right, we are very seldom bothered by snow :) so when we get it, we feel it is NO bother..:) good to see you dear Steve.. Sarah xx

A nice picture, but certainly a bright red bird would have been wonderful here!! (But perhaps they don't like the snow, and stayed home)

Yes Peter, I thought the same thing:) they were around out there but I never got one to come to this feeder when I was out with the camera:(( But as you can see, the snow mostly covered the feed, I should have brushed that away huh? :)) thanks Peter, Sarah
