Sarah O' replied to Nick Weall:

Hello there Nick, thank you so much, the vine is not as brilliant as it usually is, but was focused at the right time I suppose for the visitor to get in the shot. :) Hugs to you too, Nick Sarah

Is the clematis 'Nelly Moser'? If so, I had a few of these once upon a time! A very nice shot and a visitor with good taste!

Sarah O' replied to Andy Rodker:

OH Gosh Andy, I do not know the varieties of the Clemantis, Im sorry. wish I did, Ive had this for a number of years Andy, and it is a favorite of mine, love its color, and the nice large flower. Yes the visitor timed his visit just right :) Snapped this from the living room window. Wish the vine had more blooms, and has since this photo. Thanks for you visit Andy.,

A lovely composition dear Sarah. The bird certainly looks so nice l perched here. I think the clematis could be Nelly Moser. I grow it in my garden, but it won't be flowering for quite a few weeks yet.

Hello dear Amelia, OH I wish this shot of the Clemantis was as good as previous years.!! it is usually much better, and has been better since this shot. some late cold weather (frost) stunned its early beauty! :( I was kind lucky to look out my front window and see the bird there, and even luckier that he waited for me to get the camera:))) I think you are correct in that this variety IS THE Nelly Moser, Amelia. I hope yours does well, maybe its blooming by now when the weather could be warmer.... thank you for coming by and for the comment .. its always so good to see you, We are quite busy in our yards since the weather is cooperating...I know you understand this as you are a gardener yourself:)

Great to see you, big hugs returned..... Sarah
