Yes the home-grown ones are always sweeter and (as I have found out) the skin is less hairy!

I have always thought when I have been to Spain, how nice it must be to pick oranges and lemons and apricots from a tree. I do have apples and plums, so lots of tarts and crumbles! Even the fig tree is looking good this year. A lovely picture Andy.
