A lovely city walk now that great god car has been banished

I replied to your comment immediately, Peter and in some depth but now it has vanished and I can't remember what I said. It happens from time to time and is so frustrating! I talked about how it was universally approved, even though it took over a decade to complete and the disruption was considerable. And much more but it's gone.

Yes there are certainly wonderful walks around Madrid. I've never visited it, but thanks to your pictures, I am seeing lots of areas of Madrid that are great.
