My local park and a trumpet vine that needs a bit of TLC. It obviously wasn't watered in lockdown.

They've opened the inner sections of the park but still don't allow maskless joggers (rightly so). Nevertheless I saw runners enter at walking pace in front of the park attendant at the gate, go round the corner, take off their masks and start jogging. I paused a while and stated matter-of-factly under my mask, 'Selfish murderous tosser', 'Anti-social moron', etc and I amused myself with going through my entire slang repertoire. If they knew enough English (and I'm sure many of the younger ones did) I wasn't challenged, let alone thumped,
... because they know they should be ashamed of themselves.

Buena profundidad. Estas flores acampanadas las he visto, más en rojo, pero estas me sorprenden por su gran tamaño.

Yes - these are the first yellow trumpet vines I've seen.

Magnifique atmosphère et un beau geste d'avoir signifié
a ces jeunes de ne pas enlever leurs masques.

A great capture and I agree with your sentiment towards the mindless, selfish joggers. You in Spain are not alone in being surrounded by such people, I see similar examples on every outing I now take.

Best Wishes and keep safe, Herb

Andy Rodker replied to Herb Riddle:

I wish the police had been given greater powers for on-the-spot-fines, Herb. A few well-publicised examples of this (filmed of course) could work wonders!

Nicely captured Andy.............I had no idea these could grow that big!

Lot's of people here do not wear masks in circumstances where it is advised. I can sort of understand (but not condone) the attitude of the youngsters.............they think they're invulnerable as we all did when we were young, but the older people should know better!

On the news they keep telling us that we're all in this together...............but I don't think that's entirely true as a sizable minority still think only of themselves :-(

I can only agree, Keith!

Yes I think I'd have said similar things only not under my breath!! They are so selfish, and they're the first lot to complain about how long this virus is lasting. The flower here is amazing - didn't anyone go around the park to see to the plants etc?
