What a beautiful doorway - it was obviously made during the time of the Moors. I've seen many gateways similar to this in Tunisia and Morocco.

So have I. But this is probably the work of Christian artisans, but heavily influenced by the Moorish style. This town was mainly constructed after the reconquista.
