Sorry about the title; I couldn't resist it (and yes, I do know the correct spelling!)
Godrevy Lighthouse, Island and Point. Lots of clear water and lots of mussels!
(I cooked moules marinieres later that day!)

Yes, this is low tide but the mussels were cooked at my parent's home 5 miles away. The only time I have had them cooked on the beach was in Skye (Scotland), a fond but distant memory!

Yeah, they really did record their early stuff at Muscle Shoals on the Tennessee River. I think it's just a different spelling of the mollusk. Another great photo. Love seeing the mussels closed up tight.
