An interesting result. At first glance, I thought it was intended to be that way.
I've never had this to happen when uploading a photo here, but I've had transfer "burps" on my LAN when backing up files, and those glitches produced results like this.
And there was this really old camera I once had that didn't have a memory card of any kind. The photos were held in memory by a pair of AA batteries until you could connect to a computer and transfer your files. If the batteries started to wane, you got all kinds of results like this.
