Dobi Wallah - Fort Cochin

Comme partout où ils se trouvent en Inde, la communauté Dobi Wallah est organisée en coopérative. Ces membres des castes dites inférieures se chargent de laver le linge pour les hôtels, les restaurants ou les particuliers. Mais en raison de cette organisation collective, cette communauté s'en sort plutôt bien économiquement.
