Donaghadee Harbor
One of the days we were in Northern Ireland we spent the day touring part of County Down. After leaving Belfast we drove to Castle Espie, a wildlife refuge on the west side of Strangford Lough, and waled the trails there. From Castle Espie we went on to the town of Donaghadee on the Ards Peninsula and the irish Sea, to visit a friend there and had lunch in Donaghadee with her. After lunch we walked around the harbor and along the beach south of town before going on down the peninsula to visit other places. The photo shows the harbor and lighthouse in Donaghadee.
