In May we visited the Grand Canyon and spent three days backpacking into the canyon and camping there. This was taken from the South Kaibab Trail, the trail we took down into the canyon. We would go much further down, first hiking down to the plateau, and then after setting up camp at Indian Gardens on the plateau, hiked down to the Colorado River.
