Leaving the Island in the Sky District of Canyonlands National Park we made a brief visit to Dead Horse Point State Park before on on to the Needles District of Canyonlands were we spent several days hiking and exploring. The state park is a small park with a campground, some trails and this amazing view of the Colorado River.
