Coming home...

... after a day of hard work.

You don’t really believe someone’s waiting for me with a camera, do you? Or that I’d ride an hour in Winter without gloves?
No, it is a self-portrait, taken this Sunday in the late afternoon. From a tripod. To show that it’s really me, I even used a fill-in flash! :-)
Acute observers will notice that the wind screen has arrived; it really helps.

I have to thank you, Sherry: without you, this stunning picture wouldn’t exist... ;-)

Don’t cherish too much –just look at it when you need a good laugh!

Haircuts are rare in our family. But considering that I visited a barbershop for the last time in 1981, my hair would be down to my knees if nothing at all would have happened, in the meantime... :-)
(BTW, the fact that we mutually cut each other’s hair reduces the risk of calamities!)

Bloody kickstand! When I called for “acute observers” I nevertheless hoped they would miss it!
