Great minds think alike...........I was looking at my two acer trees, considering a similar pair of shots today, but decided they're not quite ready yet. I'm glad I didn't bother as these two photos would have put mine to shame.

The vibrant colours and shapes of the leaves are just gorgeous and I love the amount of sharpness and detail you've captured Maggie.

The young spring growth on Acers is spectacular, as is the autumn colour. I particularly like the red acer.
