the Festival of Lights in Lyon
is one of more than 150 years tradition
this year was the opportunity to pay tribute to 130 dead bombings Paris
but 25 years is illuminated monuments of the city center five days hanging ut year has not places for them because of the risk of attacks
knowing that the illumination of Lyon every year attracts 5 million visitors

I think you are correct in perhaps not attending when there is the fear
and worry of attacks ... I hope that this soon changes and eases and
everyone can have the confidence to go about their daily lives with
confidence and not be too afraid.
